2018 Deer Lake

The 2018 Newfoundland and Labrador Winter Games in Deer Lake were an exciting and memorable showcase of athleticism and community spirit. Athletes from across the province came together to compete in a variety of winter sports, ranging from hockey and skiing to curling and figure skating. Deer Lake proved to be a fantastic host, providing excellent facilities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all participants, coaches, and spectators. The Games highlighted the talent and dedication of young athletes while fostering a sense of regional pride and camaraderie. The success of the 2018 Winter Games not only celebrated athletic achievement but also helped promote the growth and development of winter sports throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.
