Week One Send-Off

The first wave of Team NL athletes, coaches and managers gathered at St.John's airport last night en route to Halifax for Friday's Opening Ceremonies and a week of competition. In addition to the crew out of St.John's there were several Deer Lake departures and a couple of athletes flying in with teams from other provinces.

Women's Curling, Artistic Gymnastics, Target Shooting, Speed Skating and Men's Hockey are all on the slate for Canada Games Week One action.
